Products, Bulk Orders & Cancellation/Refund Policy

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe our products, including material composition, dimensions, case quantities, and applicable certifications (such as BPI certification and ASTM D6400/D6868 compostability standards). Compostability claims generally relate to industrial/commercial composting facilities unless otherwise stated on the product page, and commercial composting facilities may not be available in all areas. Certain products may not be available for sale or distribution in specific states due to state-level packaging regulations; it is your responsibility to confirm a product may be lawfully sold or used in your jurisdiction before ordering.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@thelotusgroup.us so we can process an exchange or credit. Custom-printed or personalized orders are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable once production has begun, except in cases of a defect or an error caused by us. Full details on returns, exchanges, and damaged-order claims are available on our Return & Exchange Policy page, which governs any return request together with these Terms.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns that we determine are not in line with our policies. We will make every effort to provide excellent customer service, but by purchasing our products you agree to our terms.

Termination/Access Restriction

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site. Use of the Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms, including, without limitation, this section. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and us as a result of this agreement or use of the Site.
