Return & Exchange Policy

Returns requests will be accepted within 30 days after receiving the items. To ask for Returns/Exchange, please send us email with following details at support@TheLotusGroup.us  

  1. Order Number
  2. Item to be Returned / Exchanged
  3. Reason for Return / Exchange.
  4. Phone and/or email address

Once the request for the return or exchange is received, we will send return label information. Print the return label and securely tape it on the outside of your original package.

Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

Once the product will be received, we will immediately proceed issuing a credit note and creating an e-credit directly on your account with the corresponding amount. (Customs fees paid if applicable and shipping costs are excluded). The e-credit will be automatically deducted from the following orders.

Return Conditions:

  1. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
  2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets).
  3. We provide shipping labels for returns and exchanged but customers are subject to pay for shipping on all returns & exchanges.
  4. In case of damaged products or wrong shipments (submit / attach pictures with request), you will receive instructions on how we will collect/refund the goods. In these two cases, the delivery cost of making the return will be paid by TheLotusGroup.us
  5. Items that are FINAL SALE are NOT eligible for return.
