Agreement
These terms apply to your use of this website and to purchases from Seedling Geek Services LLC, doing business as The Lotus Group. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products and information
We try to describe products, specifications, and images accurately, but we do not guarantee that every description is error-free. Product certifications and claims apply only to the specific products that list them.
Pricing and orders
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Volume discounts are applied as described on the site and cannot be combined with other discount codes or account pricing. We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders affected by pricing errors, in which case we will refund any payment.
Payment
Payment is collected at checkout through our secure payment provider. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout unless a valid tax exemption is on file.
Custom print orders
Custom orders require approved artwork and are subject to minimum quantities (for example, 50,000 cups, 100,000 sleeves, or 200,000 bags) and lead times of typically 10 weeks or more. You confirm you have the rights to any artwork you send us.
Shipping, returns, and subscriptions
Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy. Subscriptions renew on the schedule you choose until you pause or cancel them.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account login secure and for activity under your account.
Use of the website
Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or copy its content for commercial use without permission. Website content, logos, and images belong to us or our suppliers.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The website and products are provided "as is" except as stated in our policies or required by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the products involved.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
