Who qualifies
Businesses and organizations with a valid resale or tax-exemption certificate for the delivery state may purchase without sales tax.
How to apply
Email a copy of your certificate to support@thelotusgroup.us with the email address on your account. Once approved, tax exemption applies to future orders placed with that account.
Refunds of tax already paid
Sales tax charged before your certificate was approved can be refunded only if you send the certificate within 30 days of the order.
